Gorgoroth - Streit hat angeblich ein Ende

News! Victory for INFERNUS! The GORGOROTH name rights stay with him:
Gorgoroth statement December 13th 2007 from Regain Records:
"Regain Records has finally decided how to go further with the Gorgoroth matter.
Regain Records will continue the co-operation with the bands original member Infernus with a new line-up. This new line-up will be announced by Infernus through the new official website
www.gorgoroth.info . Regain Records recognizes Infernus as the rightful owner of the bands name, logo and trademark, and is prepared to take any legal steps necessary to prevent any 3rd part from exploiting it, artistically and commercially. A long time commitment between Infernus and Regain Records has been signed and Gorgoroths next album entitled " Quantos Possund Ad Satanitatem Trahunt" - as well as the follow-up - will be released on Regain Records.

Habe ich das jetzt richtig so verstanden dass Infernus einen Plattenvertrag für Gorgoroth hat, obwohl er kein Mitglied mehr ist und seit Jahren weder Musik noch Texte geschrieben hat?

Ich glaube nicht, dass damit der Streit endet.
Infernus hat Regain Records hinter sich, wohl ein Vorteil für ihn. Aber der Streit wird noch weiter gehen.

Regain hat in diesem Fall wohl nicht viel zu sagen. Den ersten Nachrichten zufolge, wird dieses Getue vor Gericht ein Ende finden. Die News-Mitteilung einer Plattenfirma wird die momentane Lage daher nicht groß ändern...

Ein bisschen lächerlich war es ja schon...aber das Infernus jetzt erstmal alles übernimmt, ist wohl nur gerecht...man wird sehen, wie es weitergeht.

Ich bin der Meinung, daß Gaahl & King Ov Hell dann halt unter neuem Namen weitermachen sollten/müssen!

Sehe ich auch so, obwohl ziemlich klar sein dürfte, dass diese beiden die kreativen Köpfe hinter Gorgoroth sind.
Infernus hat dann zwar einen Markennamen, die "Produkte" dürften dann aber alles andere als toll ausfallen.

Solange es genug Leute gibt die den Kram kaufen.
Gorgoroth ist bis und mit "Under the sign of hell". Alles andere ist Gugus.

Ich weis nicht, aber Ghaal fande ich noch nie nen tollen Vokalisten.
Infernus soll mal gefälligst wieder Pest angagieren, der war nämlich GOTT!
